How soon will my website be live?
Most sites are ready to launch in just 1–2 weeks, depending on your specific needs and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. We keep the process simple and efficient—so you can get online without delays.
How do I pay you?
All invoices are sent securely through Square and can be paid online with any debit or credit card. A 50% deposit is required to get started. We’re confident you’ll love your website—so much so that if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your deposit. The remaining balance is due once the site is approved and ready to launch.
Do I own my website?
Yes—once the final payment is made, you own your website outright. I typically build your site on my hosting during development, and once you're happy with the final product and the balance is paid, I’ll transfer everything to your hosting account. You’re never locked into proprietary systems, and you’ll have full control moving forward.
Can you make changes after my site goes live?
Absolutely. If you're on a management plan, updates and changes are included. If not, we can still help with edits on an hourly basis, depending on availability. Just reach out—we’re here to support you however we can.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes—you’ll have full access to your website and can make changes anytime. We build most sites using WordPress and user-friendly page builders with plenty of online tutorials. We also provide basic training videos if you'd like a quick walkthrough. Prefer not to deal with updates? Our management plan covers it all for you.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully mobile-friendly, so it looks great and works smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktops. We test across modern devices to ensure your site makes a strong first impression—no matter how clients find you.
How much input do I have?
This is a collaborative process, and your input is always welcome—whether you have a clear vision or want to hand off the creative direction. I’ll ask you to share a bit about your practice, your services, and how you'd describe your business to someone you just met. Don’t worry—I’ll guide you with simple prompts and provide tools to help you write the essential content.
When it comes to images, I can pull high-quality stock photos if needed, but I always recommend using real, personal photos when possible. Professional headshots, office photos, or anything that highlights your unique personality and practice go a long way in building trust with potential clients.
What do I need to get started?
Just reach out! I prefer email to start the conversation, but you can also text or call. Every project begins with a quick chat—via email, Zoom, or phone—where I’ll ask a few key questions to understand you and your practice.
Once we’re aligned, I’ll send over a proposal and invoice for the deposit. As soon as that’s complete, I’ll begin building out the initial designs while you work on providing the content. You’ll have tools and prompts to help make that part simple, and we’ll move forward together from there.
How long will my website design stay relevant?
Your website is built to last. I design with longevity and flexibility in mind, so your site can grow and evolve as your practice does. While it’s common in the industry to refresh a website every 2–4 years, many of my clients have used the same design for 8+ years without any issues—just occasional content updates to keep things current.
