Why it matters
Your website is often the first impression a potential client has of you. If it’s broken, outdated, or slow—it could cost you trust and new business. Our management plans make sure that never happens. We’ll keep everything running smoothly in the background so you can stay focused on your clients.
Common Pain Points We Help With
- I don’t have time to update my site.
- I’m not tech-savvy and don’t want to break anything.
- I just need someone I can reach out to directly when something needs to be fixed.
- I don’t want to deal with hosting, backups, or software updates.
- My current provider takes forever to respond—or I don’t even know who to contact.
Website Management FAQs
Do you only manage websites you’ve built?
Not at all! We manage many websites that weren’t built by us. Whether your site was developed elsewhere or you built it yourself, we’re happy to take over and provide reliable, hands-on support.
What if my website isn’t built with WordPress?
Our management plan is designed for WordPress, but we may be able to support other platforms depending on your setup. Reach out with the details, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can you manage websites hosted elsewhere?
Yes. As long as we can gain access to your hosting environment, we can manage your website regardless of where it’s hosted. We may request delegate or admin access to ensure smooth updates, optimizations, and support.
Can you help migrate my site to a new host?
Absolutely. We offer website migration services and can handle everything from transferring your files to pointing your domain to the new host. You’ll just need to provide access to your current hosting, DNS settings, and backend.
How quickly will content updates be completed?
We aim to complete most updates within 1 business day. In some cases, especially for larger or more complex changes, it may take up to 3 business days. If something is urgent, let us know—we’ll prioritize it accordingly.
Do unused content update hours roll over?
No, content update time is provided on a monthly basis and doesn’t roll over. It's designed to give you consistent, dedicated support each month.
What’s included in content updates?
Content updates generally include:
Editing or updating existing text
Swapping out images or videos
Updating bios, contact info, or hours
Modifying service descriptions or pricing
Posting blog articles you provide
Note: Content updates do not include new page builds, copywriting, custom graphics, or advanced SEO. Those would be quoted separately.
Can I request one-time help without a plan?
We prioritize our support clients, but we’re open to one-time requests depending on our current availability. Reach out with the details and we’ll let you know if we can fit it in.
Why are backups important?
Backups are your website’s safety net. If something ever breaks, gets hacked, or goes wrong during an update, we can restore your site to a previous working version. We store backups for 90 days to give you peace of mind.
How do you keep my site secure?
We take security seriously. Our plan includes:
Regular software updates
Secure credentials and admin best practices
Daily backups
Malware scans
These steps help minimize your risk of hacks or downtime.
What if my website goes down?
We’ll act quickly to diagnose the issue and get your site back online. Whether it’s a plugin conflict, server issue, or something unexpected, we’ll jump in and fix it as fast as possible.
What are the payment terms?
Website management is billed monthly at $50, with no contracts. You’re free to cancel anytime—just let us know before your next billing cycle.
How do I get started?
Just contact us! We’ll walk you through the access we need and get your site added to our system. It’s a simple setup—and from there, we handle the rest.
